When will my order ship?

Most items are made just for you! Print-on-demand products usually ship in 2–7 business days, while original artwork ships in 3–5 business days. As soon as your order heads out the door, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow its journey home. 📦

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because everything is printed or created to order, I don’t offer returns or exchanges for things like size or change of mind.

But don’t worry — if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, I’ll fix it right away. Just send me a message and a photo within 7 days!

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours. After that, printing begins and I can’t make changes — your item is already getting its glow-up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. 🌎 Just keep in mind that international orders may have customs or import fees, depending on your country. 

What sizes do you offer?

All size options are listed in each product description, and there’s a full sizing chart too! If you’re unsure, just message me — I love helping people get the perfect fit.

Are your original artworks returnable?

Because originals are one-of-kind pieces, all sales are final. 🖼️

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so I can look into it and help resolve the issue. 

What if I entered the wrong size by mistake?

Because items are printed to order, I can’t change the size once production starts — so double-checking before you check out is always a good idea!

If you realize it immediately after ordering, message me right away and I’ll see if I can catch it in time. 🩵

Can I request a custom design?

For now, custom orders are limited — but feel free to message me with your idea! If I’m able to take it on, I’ll let you know.

What happens if my package says delivered, but I can’t find it?

Don’t panic yet! Sometimes carriers scan early.

Try:

2.Checking with neighbours or your local post office

If it still doesn’t show up, send me a message and I’ll help you figure it out.

Where do orders ship from?

Most print-on-demand items ship from the USA or Canada, depending on your location and product type.

Original artwork ships directly from my studio in Canada.

Will my print-on-demand items ship together?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

If you order multiple items (like a hoodie and a mug), they may ship separately depending on which fulfillment center is closest to you.

Don’t worry — you’ll get tracking for each shipment, and shipping is free on all orders over $100 for Canadians!

Are your designs original?

Yes! Every design in my shop is hand-drawn, painted, or created by me. 👩‍🎨

You’ll always receive something made with love, creativity, and intention.

Do you offer bundle deals or discounts?

Sometimes! I offer special promotions during holidays and seasonal drops. ✨

Do you take on custom artwork commissions?

Yes! I happily take on a limited amount of custom artwork commissions throughout the year. My availability just depends on my current project schedule, so spots can open and close depending on how busy the studio is. 🎨💛

•We can go over size, style, timeline, and pricing

•Once everything is approved, your artwork will get its place in my queue!

Custom pieces are always created with a ton of care and attention, so I work through them in the order they’re booked.

Booking & Payment 💳

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission and reserve your spot in the creation schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the final artwork is shipped or delivered. All prices are quoted in CAD unless otherwise stated.

Revisions ✍️

Commissions include up to two rounds of minor revisions during the sketch or planning phase. Major changes requested after the artwork has begun may incur additional fees.

Timeframe ⏳

Timelines vary based on project size, complexity, and current demand. Estimated completion dates will be provided before booking is confirmed.

Cancellations ❌

Deposits are non-refundable once your project is booked, since your spot is reserved just for you.

If for any reason I can’t complete your piece, your full deposit will be refunded.

Usage Rights 📄

I retain all rights to the artwork, including reproduction rights, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client receives the physical artwork and personal display rights only. Artwork may not be reproduced, sold, or printed without written permission.

Shipping 📦

Shipping costs, insurance, and packaging for original artwork will be included in your quote. All commissioned pieces are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Do you restock sold-out original artworks?

Original art pieces are one-of-a-kind, so once they’re gone, they’re gone forever.

However, many original pieces are available as prints, and I frequently create new art!

Do you offer digital downloads?

Yes — some products may be available as digital files.

Digital downloads are final sale and delivered instantly after purchase.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but designs are printed to match as closely as possible.

Every item is created with high-quality printing and attention to detail.

How do I care for my apparel?

To keep your piece cute for as long as possible:

•Wash cold, inside out

•Use gentle detergent

•Avoid bleach

•Hang to dry if you can (your clothes will thank you!)

•Do not iron directly on the design

Translation: treat it like your favourite comfy sweater. 🩵

Can I return or exchange a gift?

Gift returns or exchanges follow the same policies as regular orders.

However, if a gift arrives damaged or with a printing issue, reach out so I can resolve the issue.

The recipient can message me directly — I’ll handle everything discreetly so you stay the gift giving hero. 🎁✨

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

If you don’t see it, check your spam/promotions folder just in case — sometimes they sneak in there!

My package says “Delivered,” but it’s nowhere to be found. Help!

This happens sometimes — don’t panic yet!

Try these steps:

1. Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

2. Check with neighbours or your post office

3. Look around your property in case it was tucked somewhere safe
