My Creative Journey

Hi! I’m Chenelle — an artist, baker, and all-around creative who loves turning inspiration into something visually stunning or delicious. I’ve always been the kind of person who needs to make things, whether that meant sketching in a notebook, painting on a big canvas, or turning cake into a work of art.

I rediscovered my love for painting few years ago, and creativity has become an important part of my daily life.

My Art 🎨

I create original paintings, fine art prints, and graphic apparel designs — crafted with care and high quality materials. My goal is simple: to make pieces that start conversations, and bring a touch of fun or nostalgia into someone’s day.

Beyond traditional art, I love translating my ideas into wearable pieces: cozy sweatshirts, cute tees, and accessories.

Baking & Edible Art 🍰

Somewhere along the way, I took my love for baking and decided to try cake decorating. After taking classes and experimenting with all kinds of desserts, I discovered how much I enjoy making edible art — it’s where creativity meets comfort food.

I’ve developed my own decorating style over time, balancing fun designs with delicious homemade recipes.

And Then There’s Felipe 🐾

Of course, I can’t talk about my creative journey without mentioning my tiny studio supervisor, Felipe — my little chihuahua who follows me absolutely everywhere.

He “helps” me work by curling up beside me, approving my designs with a dramatic head tilt, and reminding me to take breaks (usually so he can get more pets).

He’s a huge part of my life and the heart of so many ideas. The very first design I ever made for my shop was inspired by him — and that spark grew into everything Cocoa Chenelle is today.
